  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product should be unused and undamaged.

Refunds will be issued to your wallet, or your payment account if specified in advance. Wallet balances can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that we do not accept exchange and return requests for “specials.”

2. Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Final sale items.
  • Swimwear (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect).
